On a visit to Vermont 7 years ago Mr Moos had taken a
look at Ben & Jerry’s ice cream factory and were inspired to one day try
something similar, though on a smaller scale! So, with the dairy
industry in the doldrums in the UK, they took the bull by the horns and
prepared for their new venture. |
