Village
Farm is a traditional farm house situated in the centre of the
village of Skipsea on the East Coast of Yorkshire.
The farm and the original outbuildings are located around a
central courtyard. In the autumn of 2004 the outbuildings were
completely renovated in a comfortable, contemporary style. Each
of the three rooms has full en-suite bathrooms, King size beds, under-floor
heating, tea & coffee making facilities, television with DVD
player and a music system. Breakfast is served in a separate
annexe, where guests are welcome to relax with the papers after
their meal.
In August 2010 Village Farm was bought by Chrysta and Tony Newman, together with Chrysta's parents. Having lived and worked in London for many years and dreamed of moving North, they have finally set the dream in motion! Chrysta is the driving force behind Village Farm and is constantly developing new ideas and new receipes to try on our guests.
Village Farm Tea Shop is now closed until Spring 2012.
The Village Farm Supper Club is launching on Saturday 8th October (see our newsletter) future dates will be published on our Blog. View our Autumn newsletter here we also have a new blog.
